BSD™ Regenerate - 2.5kg [Bagged]

Felt compelled to write in and say what an excellent tasting shake Regenerate is. Have tried numerous all in one style of products over the years and for cost and ingredients this has certainly been pushed to the top slot for me. Keep up the good work. I am on my 2nd Tub now,i have trid many different shakes and post work out drinks and never found any that taste as good as this and feel that its hitting the correct spot after training,i am also takeing Relaod as well and they work excellent together - 5/5 S.M : 13th January 2009

I could keep this review very short and just say 'if you buy Regenerate you better buy some new tshirts', but if you're like me then you want hard evidence so i'll give a more informative review.

Took Regenerate for a full six week cycle, one serving pre-workout and one serving immediately post workout. I workout with weights 3 times per week and train martial arts 3 times per week. For the first week no real difference in any area; amount of weight, recovery time etc.. The second week though i was like a different person, all my weights went up some by as much as 10 percent, my post workout soreness was less severe and recovery time was shorter, progressed like this for the next 3 weeks or so. By week 4/5 the amount of weight i was lifting in the gym leveled off, but the physical gains were massive, i mean so noticable that everyone i saw was asking what the hell i was doing and when did i get so big. Then in the final week 6, massive gains again; squat a massive 25 percent increase for my full 12 reps, deadlifts another 10 percent increase i was so full of energy and strength, i just was not tired. Now i've finished my 6 week cycle i can tell you that i have had to buy some new tshirts and new jeans (although i've kept some of the tshirts that just about fit if a little snug :)) I've gained a full 9 pounds of lean muscle and had no increase in bodyfat. Regenerate works, it is the best pre/post workout supplement i have ever taken.

What you mean nothing bad at all? Well it doesn't taste that great in my opinion (the first batch tasted fine, but the second batch was different and tasted, well not so fine), but then im buying a supplement not a milkshake, and despite the taste it still warrants a 5 star rating from me.
