Why are your products cheaper than those I see in the magazines?

Bulk Supplements Direct purchase their products directly from the manufacturer and provide them direct to the consumer. This means we cut out the middlemen, limit spend on advertising and focus more on delivering products to the market that have been proven to work and more cost-effective.

What is a COA?

Bulk Supplements Direct will only supply products that have been proven to be standardised at an acceptable level. A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is obtained from the manufacturer, and where quoted independently, to prove that what we say is in the product actually is.

What packaging will my product arrive in?

Bulk Supplements Direct only uses food grade packaging. Majority of our products will come in sealed thick virgin polythene plastic bags. As you may have noticed, we also do some products in small tubs, and will also be introducing other packaging options.

We only ship within UK and Europe.

What is the BSD Points System?

Bulk Supplements Direct reward their customers on all purchases they make. For each £1 you spend with us you get 1 point added to your account. Each point is worth 1 pence and is redeemable during your current\next order.

We understand and respect people’s privacy and so will only send our products in unmarked brown\white boxes with as little as information as possible.

Why don’t you have a telephone number?

We are an online sports supplements provider and pride ourselves on response rates. All emails are replied to within 4 hours (99% of cases within 30 minutes). Working in this manner allows us to keep costs to a minimum and deliver a more efficient service. However, rest assured we are driven by demand and our customers, so we are always reviewing processes. If I order large amounts of Protein will they arrived in pre-packed 1kg amounts?

We are constantly reviewing and making changes based on customer feedback. Unless instructed by you, you may receive Protein in larger pre-packed amounts depending on your order size.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of the goods we provide, we can ONLY accept goods to be returned that have not been opened. In this instance please email info@bulksupplementsdirect.co.uk to obtain a RMA number. We are happy to refund all costs less postage and packing.

I want to add something to my order after it has been submitted?

We aim to get all orders out to you within 24 hours (in majority of cases within 4 hours of order placement) and so any changes you may want would need to be communicated to orders@bulksupplementsdirect.co.uk quoting your order number.

I can't seem to view the CoA's of the products.

Our CoA's are made available in PDF [Portable Document Format] and the reader software [Adobe Acrobat Reader] can be obtained from www.adobe.com

My order has been returned to you by the courier

The Courier will attempt delivery to your address twice and on each occasion will leave a calling card to arrange delivery. In the event of no contact; they will return the parcel to us. There will be a re-delivery charge incurred for this.
