Suggested Dosage
Each 30 gram serving provides a minimum of 24.6 grams of protein in order to provide sufficient levels of the rate limiting amino acids that are required for maximum protein synthesis. Take one serving on an empty stomach upon waking and a further two to three servings in between meals. In order to maximise protein synthesis around workouts, take one serving 40 minutes pre-workout and one serving immediately post-workout. For those taking whey protein for health reasons or to increase their daily protein intake with an existing diet, consume, half to one serving after each meal, or alternatively sip half to one serving slowly over a two to three hour period.

This mixes in a few shakes,mixes thin and gives me no stomach problems. This whey also has a really nice clean taste. - 5/5 : S.Galton - 24/8/08 I compared WPC and MPC (reviewed also) with the ones I got from other supplier (MP). Mixed 20g of each of the WPCs and MPCs with 150ml of water and used the same shakers. The shakers used are not fancy at all, just plain shakers with no grid or any sort of help to make the powders dissolve better. First I compared the tow WPCs and after the two MPCs. Both WPCs mixed well and easy, no improvements were noted with more than 10 shakes. BSD's feels creamier and with water it tastes more like milk while the other had a more artificial flavour. I left about 75ml of each to rest and waited 15 minutes, after that BSD's mix was stable and just like when I left it, the other had already started to crash.
