MSM Powder (Methylsulfonylmethane)

Methylsulfonylmethane, or MSM is an organic sulphur compound. It is a naturally occurring nutrient found in nearly all living organisms (plant, animal and human) and can be found in small amounts in foods such as grains, legumes, fresh unprocessed vegetables (garlic, onions, cabbage, broccoli etc), meat, fish, eggs and milk.

Organic sulphur is a vital ingredient in the formation of keratin, collagen and elastin (disulphide bonds) which give flexibility, tone and strength to :- Muscles, bones, joints, internal membranes, skin, hair and nails. The human body contains a relatively large amount of sulphur (the fourth most abundant mineral) with skin, hair and nails all having a high sulphur content.
