Suggested Dosage

Each 30 gram serving provides a minimum of 27.9 grams of protein in order to provide sufficient levels of the rate limiting amino acids that are required for maximum protein synthesis. Take one serving on an empty stomach upon waking and a further two to three servings in between meals. In order to maximise protein synthesis around workouts, take one serving 40 minutes pre-workout and one serving immediately post-workout. For those taking whey protein for health reasons or to increase their daily protein intake with an existing diet, consume, half to one serving after each meal, or alternatively sip half to one serving slowly over a two to three hour period.
